The Megger MJ15 is a compact 5 kV insulation tester built into a rugged case designed for outdoor use.  Simple to use it provides a quick and accurate reading of insulation resistance on an analog display and a maximum reading of 20 GΩ.  The tester can be powered by a hand crank or batteries.  Included is a carrying case, test lead set, test record cards and batteries.
